Copenhagen Suborbitals is the world's only crowdfunded, volunteer-run crewed spaceflight program with the aim of sending a person to space and safely back again. About 50 volunteers, working in their spare time, building rockets from raw metal in a workshop on an island in Copenhagen harbour. No government funding. No corporate backing.
