In this video Jacob Larsen is presenting CS own capacitive LOX sensor for the first time. CS has been using capacitive sensors on our test stand, but the price of these sensors have been prohibitive of actually flying it. It was clear that we needed a better solution than the weight measuring used on Nexø I, and finally Emil Møller created our own (much cheaper) version of a capacitive sensor. It is mounted on the Nexø II and will give us a much needed precise measurement of the actual LOX level during the tanking process.
