Throughout the last 10 years CS has designed, fabricated and tested more than 25 rocket engines. Among those are some of the most powerful amateur build rocket engines ever build. Thus, we have amassed a huge internal experience in rocket engine design. Our leading design philosophy is to put simplicity, manufacturability and low cost ahead of performance. With this mindset anyone can build rocket engines.
In fact, within the last couple of years we have assisted a start-up company in design and test procedures of their very first rocket engine. We have even conducted an extensive university course where the students ended up building their own liquid bi-propellant engines (yes, in plural!), their own test stand and tested their engines with great success.
