In this episode of Current Affairs, Jacob Larsen, PAD leader, and Martin Hedegaard Petersen, Capsule lead, will give an update on our production process of the next generation space capsule for the Spica rocket, which will propel our capsule above the edge of space.

Nice video and update! It left me thinking though. I’ve recently read an article on National Geographic about the difference between sending men vs. women on human spaceflight. It turns out that sending women into space is actually cheaper than sending men. There’s the weight and the hight parameter, that are key factors on doing a cheaper launch, for example. Off course, regarding CS it could be a matter of finding women that want to fly, but have you thought about the possibility of making a design, that can fit a woman, in stead of a man in order to make a cheaper launch and flight?

If you’d been following along, you’d know that one of the three astronaut candidates is a woman.(In fact, she was the person who welded up that mockup capsule.) Don’t get hung up on the word ‘man’.. Danes aren’t as obsessed with political correctness as the US is.

Great design, Can’t wait to see it work ! Indeed great suspension needed !!!

Hej!
Keep up the good work on this very Danish Nordic rocket.
Have you given any thought to clustering propulsion units together to increase size and thrust. Like NASA did to get the first Saturn rocket the 1B?
