In this video we go through the first tests of our long seam welder which will enable home built propellant tanks for our crewed, crowdfunded Spica rocket. It is going to be by far the biggest homemade rocket in the world, so semi-automating some of the welding process will help us drive the production time and costs down. We also test a small scale model of our crewed space capsule and show off the cool bit of engineering that is a DIY rocket engine gimbal.
