We see:

  • Ring sail main parachute reefed to 5%
  • Ring sail main parachute reefed to 10%
  • Ring sail main parachute reefed to 25%
  • Ring sail main parachute, full opening
  • Triple ring sail main parachute, full opening

Wind speed progress for each parachute: 20 m/s, 25 m/s, 30 m/s, 15 m/s

Droptest of the Nexø ballute mk2

A quick’n’dirty droptest from the building next to our workshop. This is the full size ballute, flight version, for the Nexø II rocket. It’s 2 m^2 in projected area.
